Bumper Crop leverages the Regulation A+ filing status provided by the US Securities and Exchange Commission. This allows both accredited and non-accredited investors to participate in initial offerings and the secondary market.

At Bumper Crop we believe in the value of personal choice. That is why we want you to have the freedom to invest as little or as much as you would like. Initial offerings are always offered at $1 per share. From there, the aftermarket will collaboratively estimate value over time. Then, in the future, when Bumper Crop deems it appropriate, the underlying farm will be sold and the proceeds will be distributed to the investors.
There is no management fee for investing via Bumper Crop.

Bumper Crop will offer a competitive management fee commensurate with the actual cost of operations. In addition, when an underlying farm is sold back to the public market, a portion of the proceeds will be retained by Bumper Crop.
We expect that the rental income paid by the operating farmer will exceed the management fees and thus investors will receive yearly cash returns on their investment even before the land is sold.
